scottbrown founded Stone House Management Consulting, LLC in 2012. He got his start in government service, starting in the US Marines and ending 20 years later in the North Carolina Department of Justice. After moving to the private sector, Scott has worked with teams all over the world and across several industries to help them build a better workforce. He has built a reputation for straight talk and a no-nonsense approach to his work. The bottom line for you: Scott knows what it takes for organizations to win, regardless of the mission.
donovanlewis went into private practice after holding several senior leadership positions in start-up and Fortune 100 companies including American Express and Bank of America. He has designed and delivered professional development programs and earned a reputation as a trusted advisor to executives around the world. Donovan relies heavily on his strengths in strategic planning, mentoring, leadership development, reengineering and organizational development. His dynamic and engaging approach to coaching and facilitation allows him to effectively leverage his expertise along with the knowledge base of his clients to consistently provide workable and best in class solutions.
larryrosenberg advises leaders and their teams on large-scale change initiatives. Larry has over 30 years of experience producing sustainable results using a variety of performance improvement interventions integrating design tools with people-oriented engagements to optimize return on investment. Before launching his company, Pivot Better, Larry held leadership roles in change and training in the financial sector for Citizens Financial Group, GE & Banc One. Larry holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland. In addition, Larry has the following certifications/advanced training: Business Coaching from NC State, Change models - ADKAR (Prosci) and CAP (GE), Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma black belts, Tilt365 positive influencer predictor, MBTI, DiSC, RYT 200.
naylabahri spent the last 20 years building partnerships with clients, students, and colleagues to develop leadership capability, promote career growth and satisfaction, improve employee, student, and community engagement, and establish learning communities. Recently, Nayla was the Dean of Students at Columbia Business School where she coached, taught, and advised thousands of students and co-founded the Leadership Lab, the clearinghouse for leadership activities for MBA and EMBA students. Currently, she serves on the organizational and talent development leadership team at a global medical diagnostics company. Nayla is an adjunct professor at the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, Columbia Business School and with the Institute for Personal Leadership. She has also conducted original research on career identity and transition. Nayla believes work should be purposeful and fun, and that we should all have the opportunity to grow, prosper, and contribute as individuals as well as to our organizations and communities.
emileepetric spent more than a decade at GE Aviation in Supply Chain and Human Resources, developing a strong skill set in Lean, Six Sigma, process improvement, and implementing organizational change. She spent several years running a global leadership program for entry level engineers, coaching and training young college recruits into emerging leaders. She is a dynamic trainer and facilitator, and can get to the root of complex issues within teams. She is passionate about process improvement, and is adept at incorporating people from all backgrounds and experience levels into the problem solving process. She also has extensive experience with recruiting, hiring, and leadership program development.
