According to the most recent information from Gallup, only 32% of the American workforce is fully engaged. Worse, even though employee engagement has been a topic of much discussion for the last decade, we’ve barely moved the needle on this important topic since 2011, when the same group at Gallup measured engagement at 29%. It’s time to stop discussing and start acting!
