We rely on our experience and expertise to provide assessments, advice and direction to our clients. Some examples include:
Culture Assessment: Identification and analysis of the gap between your current situation and your desired situation
Road Map: We work with you to form a plan of action to close the gap between where you are and where you need to be
Implementation: Because culture change is people-focused, it is never clean, quick or precise work. We help you navigate through the process of implementing your road map - dealing with unforeseen detours and roadblocks smoothly and effectively
We coach leaders to develop the skills and habits necessary to be successful. While both advising and training are very direct, knowledge-based services (do this, not that), coaching is meant to help leaders develop more generally and relies on the leaders' ability to find their own answers with guidance from the coach. Two typical examples include:
One-on-one executive coaching: Personal development techniques aimed at specific behavioral changes necessary to be effective. This is especially true when your culture shift requires dramatic changes in behaviors from leaders.
Leadership Team coaching: Group development aimed at behavioral changes necessary for the whole team to be effective. This is often necessary when the culture shift includes breaking down “silo” mentality and focusing on cross-functional support

CREATE the ROADMAP YOU NEED to THRIVE
At times, the new way of doing things requires employees to perform new functions they may not have had prior experience with. In those cases, training may be necessary. We can help you recognize if your people need training to be successful, and, if they do, we can help identify sources to deliver that training or even develop and provide it ourselves. Some examples of when training may be necessary:
Empowered Teams: If your new culture is focused on empowering small teams to make critical business decisions, those teams may need to learn team-based decision-making skills
Process Improvement: If your new culture encourages your employees to be involved in streamlining processes, you may need to train your employees to use a few of the many process improvement tools or methodologies available
Management Techniques: If your new culture requires first line supervisors or managers to take a different approach, they will likely need some training to prepare them to be successful
